By utilizing a two-tone shaker cabinet design, the space feels bright and contemporary while incorporating life-changing ergonomic adjustments.

Key Accessibility Innovations:

The Accessible Island Hub: 

The centerpiece is a custom-engineered island designed specifically for wheelchair clearance.

It features an integrated eating area and strategically placed appliances, including a raised microwave for easy reach.

Ergonomic Dishwasher Placement: 

To eliminate the need for deep bending, the team installed a raised dishwasher. This height adjustment is a critical feature for users with limited mobility, allowing for effortless loading and unloading from a seated position.

The Barrier-Free Sink: 
The island sink was designed with open space underneath to allow a wheelchair to roll directly up to the basin, ensuring the user can participate fully in meal prep and cleanup.

Industrial-Chic Finishes: 

The kitchen features a striking custom stainless steel backsplash and durable Quartz countertops.
